Apostille
Facilitation -

State, Federal & Military/Veteran Services

Salish Signatures offers

Apostille Facilitation

for your USA documents

needed abroad!

Apostille provides for authentication by a government agency, generally the

Secretary of State or

US Department of State,

attesting to your document's origin & legality.

This process is necessary for your documents to be used in foreign countries that participate in the

1961 Hague Convention.

If you are planning on getting married or living/retiring overseas, purchasing foreign property, starting an international business, studying or working abroad etc -

your USA originated documents will REQUIRE an Apostille to be recognized as valid in the receiving country.

We offer the convenience of Standard & Expedited Apostille services, along with special rates honoring our

USA Military & Veterans!

Additionally, we provide Notarial Signature/Seal verification &/or Document Translation (if needed), along with Embassy Legalization for your documents requiring authentication

for use in non-participating Hague Convention countries.

Common USA documents requiring Apostille include - Domestic Adoption, Background Checks, Business Formations, Court Orders, Educational Transcripts, Employment Eligibility, Financial Verifications, International Property Purchases, Letters of Recommendation, Marriage Licenses & Divorce Decrees, Power of Attorney forms, Vital Records etc.

How Apostille works:

* You provide your documents to us, including information on the state of origin & the country of destination - upon receipt, we'll review them for Apostille eligibility.

* If necessary, we provide notarization services - this certifies the document's signature.

* If necessary, we secure 3rd party Translation services - this may cost an additional fee.

* We provide your documents to the appropriate Apostille authority securely - via certified mail or in-person with the Secretary of State or US Department of State; additionally, we complete any required government forms & payment of all government fees on your behalf.

* We provide you with status updates regularly - government authority turn-around times may vary; however, we keep you notified every step of the way!

* Once Apostille Certification is complete, we return your documents securely - often in person, otherwise via UPS or FedEx with tracking & signature delivery to ensure your receipt!
