Common Estate Planning Documents

Beneficiary Designations: used primarily for financial accounts - bank accounts, investment accounts, life insurance & personal or employer sponsored retirement accounts etc.

* Deed Upon Death (TODD, Lady Bird): legal document that allows you to pass your property to a beneficiary upon your death, without the property going through probate. 

Guardianship Agreements: provide appointment of a guardian over minors or dependents.
