Salish Signatures is proud to arrange

Embassy Legalization

of your important USA legal documents!

Embassy Legalization allows for your USA documents to be certified by the US Department of State &/or foreign Consular, attesting to your document's origin & legality

for countries that DO NOT participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.

Common documents requiring Embassy Legalization include - Adoption, Background Checks, Business Formations, Court Orders, Employment Eligibility, Financial Verifications, International Property Purchases, Power of Attorney forms, Recommendation Letters, Transcripts, Vital Records etc.

How Embassy Legalization works:

You provide your documents to us - at your discretion this can done in person, electronically or by mail, along with information on the type of document, state of origin & country of destination, which then allows us to review them for authorization eligibility.

If necessary, we provide notarization services - this certifies your document's signature.

* If necessary, we offer 3rd party Translation services - this may cost an additional fee.

We provide your documents to the appropriate authority securely - either to the US Dept of State or the requiring Foreign Consular/Embassy & we provide/complete all government forms the authority requires, along with payment of any authority fees on your behalf.

* We provide you with status updates regularly - Authority &/or Consular  turn-around time can vary, however, we will keep you notified every step of the way!

* Once the Certification is complete, we return your documents securely to you - generally in person, otherwise via UPS with tracking & signature upon delivery to ensure your receipt!
