​We'll happily meet at your home, office, favorite coffee shop, school, bank, car dealer, escrow office, corrections center, hospital, assisted living facility, municipal office, attorney or realtor's office - anywhere you need us!

​Our notary fees are in compliance with WA law (WAC 308-30-220.)  $15 for the first notarial seal & $10 for each thereafter.  Estate & Loan Packages are flat rate priced with Travel Fees included. 

 

A $50 Travel fee is included for all Mobile Notary services.  The base fee covers up to 50 roundtrip miles (per Google Maps) for our travel to & from your chosen location.  Extra fees for extended mileage, ferry, additional signers, shipping, copying & document review may apply.  All fees are mutually agreed upon prior to your appointment.

quick & easy:

​* Click the "Book Appointment" button & select the Mobile Notary Service you prefer.

​* Payment due when appointment booked - all major Credit & Debit cards, Apple Pay & PayPal accepted.

 

* We will email you a receipt & appointment confirmation notice.

 

* Prepare for your appointment - VALID USA ID is required - Driver's License, State ID Card, Military ID or Passport... gather all documents & know the notary certification necessary.  If unsure, ask whomever is requiring notarization or your attorney prior to our appointment.

* During your appointment - we will review your documents & affirm your identity, administer applicable oaths, sign & apply our seal!

* Upon conclusion, your documents are ready for immediate use!

 

* Lastly, we'll send a quick Google Review link as your feedback is sincerely appreciated!
